Android 2.3.1 Gingerbread auf bestimmte iOS Devices portiert

Android 2.3.1 wurde nun für die Installation auf iOS Devices optimiert. Derzeit unterstützte Geräte sind das iPhone 3G, das iPhone 2G und der iPod touch 1G. iPhone 4, iPhone 3Gs und iPad sind in Arbeit. Desweiteren werden die Firmwares 4.1 und 4.2.1 unterstützt, die mit redsn0w , bzw limera1n/greenpois0n jailbroken wurden.

This is a preview release of Android Gingerbread (2.3.1) for Apple devices, I am busy with other projects for a few weeks and the other 3 active developers are working on porting openiboot to the iPhone 4, iPad and 3GS, so I thought I’d put a test build out for everyone to have a mess around with, please read this post fully before trying it.

This release is for iPhone 2G, iPhone 3G & iPod Touch 1G and is ONLY available as a binary package.

Das ganze ist ein Vorschau-Release und ist nicht über Cydia Package wie zB die beliebte Lösung Bootlace möglich. Ihr müsst Euch alles manuell downloaden und installieren. Haltet Euch dabei an folgende Anleitung.
